Many PUGS products are created specifically for each order. Because of this, production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control.

4. Product Representation


We do our best to present all products, descriptions, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur between what you see on screen and the final product, including differences in color, scale, placement, texture, or finish.

5. Intellectual Property


All artwork, illustrations, characters, graphics, designs, logos, branding, product concepts, site content, text, images, and other creative materials displayed by PUGS are the exclusive property of PUGS and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of a product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights to you.

Unless we provide prior written permission, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, license, or create derivative works from any PUGS artwork or content;

  • use any PUGS artwork, designs, characters, product images, or branding for commercial purposes;

  • reproduce or resell our designs in digital or physical form;

  • remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;

  • use our artwork, characters, designs, or brand assets for AI training, machine learning datasets, generative content systems, or any automated attempt to imitate, replicate, or exploit our work.

6. Personal Use Only


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all products sold by PUGS are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, repackage, license, or resell our artwork, products, or designs in any format.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements


Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery


Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, high order volume, or other factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
