Shipping policy

Each PUGS order is made to order through our trusted production partners. Because of this, orders typically require 2–5 business days for fulfillment before shipment.

Shipping timelines vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once fulfilled, domestic delivery may take several business days, while international orders may require additional transit time depending on the carrier and region.

Please note that delivery estimates are based on fulfillment time plus shipping time and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or seasonal demand.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@pugs.world within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and help resolve it.
