Refund policy
Each PUGS piece is made to order through our production partners, which allows us to create thoughtfully produced items without excess waste or overproduction. For that reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selection, or mistakes made at checkout.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please email hello@pugs.world within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and do our best to make it right.
We encourage customers to review all product details, sizing guidance, and shipping information before placing an order, as all sales are final once submitted.
